Founded in 1991, our
main company develops and produces the worlds most
advanced medical therapeutic devices that use low dosage
electro-magnetic radiation, integrating pulsed laser,

company was established on the basis of the Special
Design Bureau of Moscow Power Engineering Institute,

practice, educational and training activities. Annually
Association hosts international conferences for physicians
and specialists in the filed of quantum medicine. The
conferences bring together scientists and medical

Conference reports confirm the high efficiency of the
apparatuses manufactured by the Association for use in a
broad spectrum of diseases.
The Academy of Postgraduate Education holds monthly training
courses for physicians on laser and high frequency therapy

Quantum medicine (QM) is one of the most promising
directions of contemporary medicine.

The radiances mentioned above are capable, within a few
